Old Fourth Ward
Residential
Concept
This project—a soaring, light-filled loft nestled along Atlanta’s BeltLine—offered a rare opportunity to explore the intersection of industrial architecture and deeply personal expression for Bradley and Peter's personal home. Designed as both a home and a canvas, the space unfolds with curated tension: sculptural silhouettes soften against timeworn textures, and contemporary gestures are grounded by storied forms.
Layered with collected art and one-of-a-kind furnishings, every detail reflects the life and vision of its owners—an invitation to live among beauty without pretense. From the brutalist stone console to the lacquered vintage wardrobe in the bedroom, the design embraces contrast and character.
Thoughtful zones for entertaining, resting, and working are seamlessly integrated into the open plan, creating a home that feels as considered as it is lived-in. It’s a study in restraint and richness, designed for daily rhythm and visual delight.
