This home - a stately, historic estate in the heart of Druid Hills, Atlanta - was truly an honor to work on. It allowed us to flex our creative spirit - utilizing our signature mix of the old and the new, the raw and the refined to bring modernity into the home with a reverence to its historic roots.

We used a mix of the client’s preference for modernity with the texture and patina of antiques to reflect both the home and the young family that resides there.

Taking a progressive approach to the home, entertaining became the intention of the front of the home. With a focus on exceptional aesthetic moments - from the custom glass-blown chain light fixture to the hand painted de Gournay wallpaper - we created an environment ripe for the merriment of hosting and the appreciation of beauty. The private spaces of the home became a relaxing respite for a young family - together creating a home ideal for modern life.
